no euro mode is for europe only.....

it narrows the scanning down to k and ka band or just ka band, it is designed for more range on the k band gatsometers and ka band multinovas used in europe......

the v1 factory set up is perfect for usa roads....

obviously you can turn off un used bands in your city say x band etc then you wont get false alerts on theses unused bands....

obviously you need to check see what bands your pd are running...

sometimes they revirt back to the old stuff once in a while knowing that peoples rd's arent tuned in to the old stuff!

    Welcome to the Forum.
I am going to assume that you will be driving through NJ on your travels to PA.
NJ Staties still use a lot of X Band.
PA is mostly instant on K Band, NY Mostly Ka
Big L or small L will serve you just fine. (Small L in NJ if you wish)
I keep mine on Big L and have found it works just fine.
Also PA using a lot of K Band Drones (Speed Signs).
