So I finally upgraded to a V1 from the RX65. Drove around for about 20 minutes seeing what I can find and the bogey counter + arrows are amazing. Detection distance has also increased as I expected. I've been holding off hardwiring the RX65 since I knew I'd be picking up a V1 eventually.
So I was hardwiring it, tapped into accessory power, etc just needed to ground it. After foul language was exchanged trying to get a socket wrench onto that screw I finally got it down a bit. I slipped the u connector on and screwed it on after many attempts and it snapped off. Not sure if I tighted the bolt too much or it became weak from being bent after numerous tries and bending back into shape to get that damn thing to stay on the bolt.
Anyways, do I need to order a new hardwire kit? Or could I just get a new U connector put on there? Also, checking on the site would it be worth ordering the hardwire kit that remember the last mode?
Now the task is to configure it to my settings >.<
Thanks for all the help!
