I have to praise to the hilt Valentine customer service. My unit stopped working and I shipped it off to them with a note saying I was going on a trip on Friday and needed it back desperately before the trip. They received the unit on Tuesday. Wednesday afternoon they called me and told me the unit was ok, but the wires in the cigarette lighter were bent. They fixed it under warranty and because I was desperate to get it back, overnighted it to me (no charge) and I got it today (Thursday).
Now THAT is absolutely awesome service. That iced the cake for me, so I just ordered another V1 for my wife's car. I don't think any company can match that kind of service.
