Default Las Vegas Trip with V1

Before living to Las Vegas on Monday,I have not encouter Ka alert with V1...
I decided to leave 9500ix at home and test drive V1 for highway....
I encounted 9 Ka Alerts in round trip approx 700miles round trip from Orange County.......
I was amazed how well V1 did against 34.7 Ka CHP.....All encounter was 2-3+ miles....I was pretty impressed with V1,,

Before this trip,I was thinking about returning V1 for Escort Redline.

But Now,,,,,,,,,,,,I think ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I am becoming V1 Zombie..

Bad News,I lost $1000 in BJ table

Understand that the 15 freeway is about as easy as any detection will ever get. I've had 7 and 8 mile detections out there on my 9500ci. Here's a 5 miler out on the 15.

Oh yeah. When it comes down to raw sensitivity in the desert the 9500ix will get beat up by V1 on 34.7.

And the funny thing is some people claim that the rear antenna is just for the arrows. The rear antenna is quite sensitive, as you've seen already.

I've said something to that effect before, but what I meant is that even if the V1 had no rear antenna, it would still receive signals that originate from the rear at a very good distance. Not as well as it does with the rear antenna, but it would still give more than adequate warning.
