    Default V1 acting odd

While shooting Cobra detectors with my Bushnell the V1 acted odd. While pointing the Bushnell at the V1 I get 2 bogeys and a KA and K signal at the same time.Is this strange behavior for the V1? While not pointing at the V1 it just gets a K band signal.

I'm thinking the overload of K kept the V1 from filtering out the Ka leakage from the Cobra you were shooting?

Overload, about 10-20% of the time you can get this on a speed sign.
I am surprised that you did not get multiple K bands as well, with the start of pop this was common but rumor has it that they have either fixed ghosting or getting close.

Like Rob said, do not turn on multiple RD's at the same time as they pick up each other and get confused.
    What version do you have?

One K one Ka, I call that a classic overload all the way back to my 1.7
Since I see no multiple K's this newest version looks fixed.

(I think Jim got his to multiple K band ghosting all the way up to 9 bogy's)

Those Bushnells emit some Ka, I believe. I've turned K detection completely off on my V1, shot it with my gun and it registered Ka. The 9500ix will alert Ka as well if it is close enough.
