as for the K band encounters, i have noticed that the v1 found 2-3 more alerts than the ix did, which i give that to the ix filtering the others out. i did have another case of the ix locking out a k-band cop, which ticked me off...
x-band was the same on both devices, and was false alerts so im not too worried about that..
i did run into something interesting..... i went through some construction zones... i ran into some k-band SWS alerts ( i know sws because my friends cobra picked the up as sws)... the ix was entirely silent.... no sws alert.... i disabled sws, ran the route again, and still nothing. the v1 alerted to the sws a few miles back both times ... not a cop radar, but id rather have that then no alert at all.
as for laser, i ran the ix separately from my zr4. running it beside my v1, i got a few false alerts with ,my v1 (from the tail lights of a few suvs) the ix was entirely quite....
thats my review.... so im glad that i sold my ix and kepy the v1...
