Can I use the power cord for my 9500ix on the V1

So I have a 9500ix hard wired into my car. I don't care about using the mute button on the factory cord - I can easily reach the unit to mute it.

My question is - can I buy a V1 and use my existing hardwire run to power my V1?

I plan to use the V1 for interstate driving and my 9500ix for driving in town.

I can say with absolute certainty that you can. When I returned my 9500ix I kept the hardwire connector that I purchased for it. I just left it installed in the vehicle planning on using it for my V1 when it arrived. Been using it for some time now and it works great.
