I sent my V1 in last week because my V1 was ghosting on K-band sources since new. I received it this afternoon and took a quick jaunt around my neighborhood to challenge the regular obstacles that had my bogey counter in fits. VR changed some components and upgraded it from 3.863 to 3.864.
The main offenders are three K-band speed signs that were on my path to get to work. My local LEO's liked to hide on the side streets with their K-band guns and this made me alter my route slightly to avoid the signs. I am happy to report that the bogey counter now reads 1 on the same speed signs that used to read 3 or 4 at times. Before the fix, with 3.863, when I got within 1/4 mile from them, it would immediately go to 2, and as I got closer it would count 3 and sometimes 4. It even used to ghost on LEO K-band, so it wasn't just a speed sign thing.
It seems to pick up everything in the same places it did before, so that is a good thing. I will be taking it easy for a while until I can learn to trust what it is telling me again, you can never be too careful.
