    Don't shoot the messenger!

They say..."MBE Radar Detector tests are done using "real-world" tests. Virtually all other radar detector tests are done on a set up course over a day or two period of time. We have tested all our detectors in virtually every situation and in multiple states. The test results in the MBE Radar table is just our opinion on how these radar detectors performed for us over a period of months of testing".

LOL I wonder if anyone (I mean who) got paid for that.

Yeah so its about 100% certain you could say they have no clue how to do a "real world" test (something must have been flawed)

I mean come on...I dont think anyone of us on here would have any other detector but the V1 if this all was true. I will stick with the GOL reviews and the 'veil' review of 'the big 3' (a completely real world review), not to mention my own use of all of them to make my decisions....cause the 2006 MBE test doesnt seem even close to right.

I wouldn't trust anything someone says when they try to sell the V1 for $100 more than Valentine does.

Think they are selling to a overseas market. They try and sell them in New Zealand from $899 to $1500 NZ
