I believe when I got my V1 a few years back it came via UPS.

Per V1's website: "All items from DEFENSE GEAR are shipped by UPS, with shipping charges depending upon the carrier's rates. These charges vary according to package weight and your distance from our Cincinnati, Ohio, location. Actual charges will be calculated at CHECKOUT."

In the past they did use FedEx for me but used UPS this time with "direct signature required." Caught it on the 3rd & final attempt. Not really an issue because the UPS warehouse is only about 20 minutes away & I could have picked it up there before Christmas. Maybe the snow storms up norf had something to do with USP vs. FedEx?

Nice! I bet your girlfriend will be happy about it. I am going to guess the software version will be 3.872, otherwise this forum would be the first to know about the latest V1 software version.

Still shipping 3872. Got it hard wired today. It has been too wet here to do any install work until this evening. Turned off POP & told her she is good to go. Now I have to order a remote silent button.
