    Default V1 excellent customer service

    Hey guys
    I just recieved my 2nd v1 today and i saw there was this big scratch across the rear antenna. I called V1 up and they told me to ship it back to them overnight and they'll cover charges both way.

    BTW, my verison was a 3.826

    i just called v1 and asked the tech about the update to 3.826 and she was baffled. i gave her my serial number and she said they fixed the issue early this year and my version is updated.

    i then explained to her the ghost k band and the junking out real ka and she said write it in a note and send in the v1 if i think theres a problem with it. she was totally cluelessi guess she must just be there to take christmas orders or something...



    (i need to call a tech im the iddiot :wink: )

    Haha, it's becuase you have to ask for a technian. The person who asnwer the phone, peggy, is just someone that handle orders..

    I owned my previous one for 3 weeks and sold it to my bro-in-law cuz he wanted it so bad and couldn't wait. I got what i paid for it so i'm happy

    You have to ask to speak to TECH. Peggy is always very helpful and does not surprise me if she is clueless on the 3.826 etc. issues.
