    Yes, if the road is perfectly straight and no hills. I have picked up Ka band at 5 miles. Normal range for Ka band is about 1.8 to 2 miles.

    he aint kidding. ive seen this kind of thing on ebay before. you put a v1 in a box, run a concealed display and there you have it

    Well, there is no such thing as "POP3", just "POP" and "BEEIII". And I don't know of any detector that detects "L" band :wink:

    Well, technically to recieve e-mail messages if you want to be anal about it. SMTP would be the sending protocol in most cases.
