I'm not sure where to begin. I'm not sure if my complaint is even on valentines behalf. I ordered a v1 from the valentine store around 22:00 Sunday. Before doing so and wanting a V for many years I read through their site and their shipping policies(would have pasted a quote here , but I'm posting via mobile) which stated ordered placed prior to 12:00 would process and ship that day. Seeing as I placed my order well before the 12:00 deadline, and the urgency of the order I chose to add NDA Ups. It seemed logical that If an order placed on Sunday would process on Monday and next day air would be delivered teusday. Well that's what I was hoping when I got home from work. ( also add that I contacted valentine eairler to inquire on my order b/c I had not gotten any shipping confermation or tracking number. Pretty standard things for an online order. Anyways the woman from valentine informed me that my order had "shipped via fedex and would arive wensday , no, today". A little odd b/c I chose UPS nextday, on to the point.... I ordered my V1 Sunday, Tuesday is gone and no delivery attempt. There were multiple people at home all day who could have accepted the shipment. But there was no shipment, no ring of the doorbell, no sticky note on the
door. Now after I gave up on fedex, I called valentine to get this settled...closed. They will be getting a call in the morning but I find it ludicrous that I paid $41.00 extra to have my $400 RD overnighted to me and I don't have it. I'm just venting and forewarning others.
