    Default V1 Ticket

Just got a ticket over the weekend

    we were 3 cars going 80-85 in a 65

I was the last car of the 3(Front car had an 8500, middle car no radar and i had the V1)

I heard a strong Ka blast from the rear.... the front car heard it as well and we all broke

I was the only one that was stopped

the cop said he was in the highway feeder and the radared us from behind

    82 in a 65

could have been worse but oh well.... instant on from the rear... DAMN!

its a good thing i slowed down!

i almost sped up again coz seeing it was from behind i thought it was from the other side of the highway!

Don't pay that Traffic Ticket!!! Warns Houston ticket lawyer Kameron Searle. There are often many hidden penalties in addition to paying the fine. And some of them can be severe. For instance, paying a ticket can often result in higher insurance premiums that you will have to pay years into the future. Also, paying a ticket may result in the suspension of your drivers license, the loss of your driving privileges or expensive surcharges (taxes) assessed against you under the new "Texas Points System" (Driver Responsibility Program).

A Houston ticket lawyer can help you defend against these and other hidden penalties.

If you have missed a court date and have a Failure to Appear or a warrant for your arrest, ticket attorney Kameron Searle can help lift your warrant. We post bonds at the City of Houston.

Call today and speak with my legal assistant Marisa. She will be glad to assist you.

Just locate one in the area you got a ticket in, there usually around $250.00 but well worth it especially if your young! The nice thing too is that when you go into court to fight the ticket you won't have to wait if there are a lot of people they normally let the people who bring attorneys go first!

The attorneys will usually get ticket's thrown out for following reasons:

Information on ticket wasn't written properly

if there were other cars near or next to you

will want to see proof that the gun was calibrated for that day

will want proof that the officer is certified

will want proof that the person who instructed the LEO is qualified/certified

    Ect!!!!!!!!

Very very few cops bring all this info with them!

If they don't bring that info, what's something good to say to get it dismissed?

    399,
What did you do w/ your V1 during the encounter? Turn it off, hide it?
