I know this picture is just awful, but I think it gets the point across and I did not have much time to take it and I was driving. My V1 on KA band (which is few and far between in PA) most of the time shows two arrows but only 1 bogey, I was just lucky to have my cell handy at the time to take a picture.
In this encounter I was about 0.5 miles from the source, no idea why it showed it to the side and even if it was at the side, the counter should show 2 not 1.
In case the picture is not readable by everyone, I intially did not get the double bogey alert when I took this picture, my V1 shows 1 threat in two locations (to the font and side on KA band). This only happens on KA band, not K or X.
As I got closer to the speed sign, my V1 ghosted and showed 3 bogies as usual. Any one else encounter this and is there a solution? I don't think this is standard on KA band but I have very little experience with it. My V1 is a 3.813 BTW last tuned in October. This behavior has happened on most KA band alerts.
