Default Vr Emailed : No Anwser After 1 week ?

I emailed Vr thru their web site . My question was : will they accecpt 2 v-1 as an exchange in an upgrade . I bought those units from vr and supplied them with their serial number .

Yet = nothing , are they too busy after the holidays or simply they do not anwser customers living in Canada ? Or they lost the email ? Or Vr has a poor follow-up system ?

Does someone know their regular email adress ?

    you can try pkaufman@valentine1.com

or you can just ring them 1-800-331-3030 and ask direct!

Why don't you just pick up the phone and call them?

My biggest complaint about VR is that somewhere on their website - its under more info. there is a place to ask questions, request information and I suppose purchase as well. I have asked questions and requested literature and not a single response in over 6 months- nothing. But I bet if I placed an order, that order would be processed the same day. Yes I know I can call their 800 number and I have and have received courteous attention. Its just their website that drives me bonkers. I am the customer dang it !!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I asked a question though the public email address, sales@valentine1.com (found on the "More Information" page), and had an answer by mid-afternoon. I think that form on the web page is either broken or not monitored.

That form hasn't worked for me either (possibly a browser issue), but a direct email to sales@valentine1.com produced a next morning response from Pete K (pkaufman@valentine1.com).

Do I understand that you want to exchange 2 old V1s for one upgraded version? Why not just sell one old one to me and use the cash to upgrade the other?

Ah, you should have said "I live in Dayton Ohio" (anybody ever see that movie "Crime Spree"?) Then they would have responded right away...

I just spoke with saleman at Vr , Gil , the awnser is they only take one v-1 at a time for an upgrade.

We talked about Sti and asked when Vr could pull out a stealthed v-1 , he said that it is not in a near future . About the Sti he said that the invisibility claimed by B is just advertisement ?! that it is just a metter of time that the rdd mfr will up grade to catch the Sti .

    Who to believe ?
