I emailed Vr thru their web site . My question was : will they accecpt 2 v-1 as an exchange in an upgrade . I bought those units from vr and supplied them with their serial number .
Yet = nothing , are they too busy after the holidays or simply they do not anwser customers living in Canada ? Or they lost the email ? Or Vr has a poor follow-up system ?
Does someone know their regular email adress ?
