I went ahead and ordered a Valentine 1 earlier today. I chose next day air with UPS as my shipping option, but didn't recieve a tracking number or confirmation of any kind. I called and got a recording, which said they closed at 5:30 EST. I ordered well before they closed. Does this sound somewhat normal?
I'm thinking that they might only process orders up until a certain time in the day. Hopefully this is the problem, and I will get what I need tomorrow sometime. On the other hand, I placed my order around 3 o'clock EST this afternoon. I would have thought that they would have went ahead and processed it, but maybe not.
