Has anyone received the Radaractive V1 Transceiver?

I am anxiously awaiting news on this new product and havent heard much from them. Also, does anyone know if they picked a winner on July the 4th for the Radaractive FAQ contest? There was a thread on it a few weeks ago.

I haven't but they took my money right away. I don't like preorders where they take your money before the item is ready. I'll give it another week, then pursue a refund.

I got this email from them 7/6/10:

Thank you for placing the order with RadarActive. We are working very hard to get the first batch out to everyone.

Just to provide some insight on what's going on behind the scenes - we got the PCBs assembled and tested, enclosures are machined and will get anodized on Wed, assembled on Thr. Other accessories (cables, packaging) are coming in this week as well.

We anticipate to ship out this batch next week (between 12th and 16th), please also allow a couple of days for shipping.

We are in constant contact with all our suppliers/contractors to get the product of the door ASAP.

Ditto on that email, I got the same one. They are $89 unless you were signed up during their beta program...then the cost is only $65 or so. That discount applies even if you never actually got to test the products but were signed up which is cool. Id just like to get the device now so I can review it.

Like others on here, they deducted the funds when we pre-ordered.

the first version of any items never works the way its supposed to, you gotta wait a couple anyway til they fix the bugs and then buy it
