    Wink Just got my new (second hand) V1

    Just picked up my new (second hand) V1 that I bought in England and had it shipped to my daughters house in Belfast cos I am over on a short break from Saudi Arabia.

    Unfortunately (or fortunately) there is not a lot of radar/laser activity here in Belfast for me to try it out so might have to wait till I get back to the desert to give it a good run.

    Did get a K band alert for an overhead traffic camera system on the highway, and I have to say I always thought the "arrows" were a bit of a wank, but I am rapt !!! really tells you where the threat is and I can see why all the hype.

    Cant wait to get back to Saudi and hard wire the V1 up near the RVM and fit the concealed display in the dash cluster.

    Might even think about leaving the Bel STI at home in the cupboard once the V1 is fitted ...... nah, keep it in the glovebox just in case !!!

    Will let you know how it goes.

    Lesser = better concerning RADAR/LIDAR activity IMO

    Agree, the "hype" is justified in this case IMO

    Agree, The CD is really awesome, I had my V1 for >10 years before I got the CD.
