Here's a question for all my cold-weather friends out there. We recently moved to Denver, and while I wouldn't leave my GPS in the car anyway due to theft concerns, I had previously left my V1 in the car all the time (the mount is pretty damn hard to spot from outside, and the V1 itself is concealed at all times).
Considering that it can get pretty bleepin' cold up here at night (it's been as low as -2 F since we moved up here two weeks ago), should I take my V1 out of the car every time, or would it be ok left in its visor pouch? I haven't had it in the car since we moved up here (I work from home now and rarely drive more than to the grocery store), but I'd like to continue leaving it in place. If any of you other cold-weather drivers have an opinion, please share it!
