Seriously? Valentine Research you guys are great!

I sent my V1 along with $45 in a few weeks ago for a tune up. I've had my V1 since 2007 and my arrows seemed to be getting confused. I felt like my front radar was losing a lot of its sensitivity.

Anyway, I got my detector back very quickly and it has been performing flawlessly. Today, I checked the mail and I had a letter from Valentine Research. I opened it to find a check for $45...

This is a 4 year old detector... I had no problem paying $45 for it to be tuned up but wow, talk about great customer service. Valentine customer for life! I do not care if they never release a new version; I might have to buy another V1 just as a way of supporting such a honest business!

I hear that!V1 has great CS!I see your gonna get the c50.I just got mine and it's great!I had great CS w/them as well.This thing gets sat lock in the garage!

Just got the same service on mine. ONE more reason for a V1, as if I needed a reason. Buy it, Run it, LOVE it. NUff said. I missed my arrows so much when it was gone. Sti-R will compete or beat it, but it has no ARROWS.

My brand new power cord had a short in it and they replaced it no questions asked.

V1 takes care of original owners. I have never paid a tune up fee in 14 years.
