    yeah but only because my crumby v1 is in the shop, and i haven't heard a thing from them in a week now.

    I read the first few lines.
    Then I looked to see how long it was really.
    Then I looked at the number of post.

    Then I clicked on the last page.

    Here I am. Everyone has bad days at work. I have been dealing with V1 for 13 plus years. I have never had a problem.

    Yes,I read it in entirety. 30 day money back guarantee should exclude shipping times.
    If and when a company displays poor customer service too often,that is a sign of poor employer service.
    You spent 399 plus tax,shipping costs to send it in for a warranty repair,money for the speaker repair because they say you dropped it and a repair for damage to the case that you have to take their word on and 2nd day air for the remainder of the full product,cords etc. "WOW! provided accuracy in reporting of course" I would write Mike V a personal letter entailing your experience.

    I'll tell you this if you buy something use amex it 2x the Mf warranty for free

    Plus if you buy something and they won't take it back amex will !!!!!!!

    Well my ix went in Escort told me 5days it was 2weeks I guess that's still better

    Same here. I have had poor exchanges with Mrs Valentine myself, so that is probably why I was interested enough to read the entire thing. I would have fired her a long time ago, if she worked for me. I'm sure that the fact that she cannot be fired, has alot to do with her attitude. I have had nothing but good experiences with every other person I have talked to there. I fully believe that she is the sole reason these stories pop up from time to time.

    Wow, seriously wtf is wrong with VR lately. I never had issues when I purchased one of my units and sent another one for a tune up.

    I hope they're reading this so they get their act straight.
