Recv'd the V1(returned unit, looked perfect) yesterday, and it was rainy & foggy of course. Went to a shopping area that is up on a hill in a rural area that has K-Band door openers to test against the RX65. The RX65 nor 7500 have ever alerted on K-Band when passing by on the road in either direction.
The K-Band door openers are about 300ft off of the roadbed. And across from the plaza is a thick tree line, so very little scatter. The V1 picked up before the shopping center with no problem, and I made several runs at it.
I then went back this morning(sunny) to confirm readings and they held true after several runs. V1 alerts about 600ft from being at a 90 deg angle to openers.
I've had very little falsing and a true constant LEO encounter at 0.5 miles over hills, and with an overall elevation change, the LEO being higher. So far so good.
