    Default Fixing a dead LED

The forward arrow LED on my V1 (out of warranty, of course) stopped lighting up a while back, and I'm finally bothered enough by it to fix it. How complicated a process is replacing an LED? Something a relative novice can do, or am I better off paying Valentine the rather hefty fee for it?

I would suggest sending it back to the mother ship for that repair. As for cost, I don’t really think it will cost a lot.
