I posted a few weeks ago about a problem I had with my V1 falsing on Laser warning. I called V1 and spoke with a technician (Michael, not the owner) who recommended sending the unit in for repair. He indicated that there is traditionally a $45 fee for analysis and repair. Naturally that is a small token so I sent the unit in. He idd indicate that if the repair was simple in nature that they sometimes waive the fee.
As luck would have it I called today and asked about the status of the repair and the customer service person stated that the unit was repaired and shipped on Friday that I should expect it at my home today and that there was no charge.
How is that for customer service?
