I'll be moving to KC around the 10th of July - think I should wait on pulling the trigger on the current gen V1? I really don't want to spend 400 dollars on a device that becomes obsolete in a few weeks...
You could always purchase one and if the upgrade costs are too steep (I doubt), then you could always sell it on eBay. V1s always command a premium. You could then buy the new one later, if you desire.
This way you are not going without protection for the time you wait. Besides, the current V1C is absolutely smoking! (At least my 3.894 is)

To all the folks that have run down Mike V’s wife and the team at VR said the V1’s old and what not. In your face.
Now would it not be logical for VR to produce a remote detector? I'll put my money on that.
Just a thought.
