Well I just blew a cool grand on radar equip. today...
new valentine one w/conceled display... will be here on tue.
new zr4 shifter... will be here on thur.
and ordered the laserveil/laser shield setup...
when I talked to dave at the website he said they will have them in stock next week... do you think they will be in that quick?

I get hit w/laser in o.p. ks. about 2 times a week. so hopefully this new setup will do the trick...
Im currently running the bel 985... I had a rx65pro. but the 985 seemed to hang with it.. so I stuck with it.

What have you done to it? Headlights, taillights, rubstrips, badges, etc?

I really like entirely blacked out cars...I've painted/replaced/stripped away everything on my GLI that isn't black, except for some of the badging...
Black sidemarkers will help a lot (that amber/orange only works on a few car/color combinations, usually it's just ugly), but I suggest you look into smoking/replacing the taillights too, they're gonna be a little out of place with all the other lighting tinted.
Do they make smoked sidemarkers and/or taillights for GTOs? Or do you have to Nightshade them yourself?

very nice car are they the stock headlights?? could you get some more pics up of the headlights when they have been veiled? i know Bob put some pics up of the beemer and the lights on that look quite dark too me but i've heard that they were allready smoked so just looking to see how dark th G4 is before i order it.
same with the sheild - looking to order one but havnt seen any actually close up mounted as to if its obvious that its there or not. i know you havnt blocked your plate out but if you do decide to even a few pics of the sheild over a newspaper, serial box or whatever just so i can have a look at the close up.

the lights are stock. and I will put up pics when I get the veil put on.
I have to smoke my lights myself. I see they sell the tint kits precut. I don't know how that will work out though...
as past cars I had a red 2004 srt-4, running 19lbs. of boost. ran 13.6 at 105 on street tires.
a 93" LT1 trans am. built... ran 12.8 at 106mph. on slicks...
and the gto has a cam,full exhaust,cai, and dynotune. puts down 421rwhp. and 399tq. runs a 12.6 at 112mph. on street tires. I now have slicks shooting for a very low 12... that's not too bad, for a fully loaded/leathered out car. weighing 3700lbs. empty...
My last car. the srt-4. loved it, but alittle too uncomfortable for a 100mi. roundtrip every night.... Im 6'ft. and 235lbs..
My fathers viper in front of my house... he runs a rx65pro in it. I still havent' ran against it yet, but in the 1/4 I think I could hang with him in my gto.
