I used the brushes supplied with the kit. The worked well for the most part except the headlights

I just wanted to chime in that I have badly stained tailights after an application of veil. There's a white film over the tailights. I think I didn't clean them enough before I applied the Veil. I tried rubbing achohol and ammonia with no success. I guess I'll try the denatured alcohol and then wet sanding, if necessary.

Wet sanding will be your best bet
