X2. At CFL 6 we saw how prominently fog lights come into play, and it is definitely not something you want to leave unaddressed. If your thinking is that they are too far away from centre mass to be a problem, you have to remember that most lidar is shot freehand these days, resulting in the entire front end of your vehicle getting painted eventually. If you have a significant weak spot, it will be found, no matter how far it is from centre mass.
