Nono my budget plan was what you referred to as "full optics HID retrofit." I believe.
I can get both HLs + the lifted projector set up from another car then do it my self for 300 w/the normal projector bulbs which I guess are actually halogen too & not HID, sorry for the confusion. The extra 200 I was mentioning was true HID bulbs. I know you weren't implying to go about doing it the cheap improper way.
I read the linked post pretty good the first time in the link, I looked @ it again...
I completely understand what you are saying now.
I think I'm going to hold off on the retrofits then. I was under the impression @ first my headlights were reallllllly bad.
