That whole caution thing happened to me too. Pro - 78 rev c. Just a normal K band alert from a normal false location and bam, caution. and there has never been anything around there to do that. I even drove back and it did not happen again. Could have another RD had falsed my pro-78 to say caution?

Just did, thanks! Does having pop on reduce KA sensitivity or just give falses of other detectors. I dont know why, but I find it interesting to see who has a RD in their car going in the other direction.

pop off increases ka sensitivity on rev c, less falses from other rd's.

That is what I have experienced too.

I have to disagree with this statement.

I think the majority of my false alerts are from other RD's. Im going to turn off pop and see how well that helps. I mean the false alerts arent that bad. Today I might have gotten a laser false alert. I was driving down my buddies street and laser went off. I slowed down to the speed limit and there was no cop in site.

The highway is ridiculous with false alerts. I leave it on city when I go on long trips and im constantly getting a k or ka alert. Last trip I was on it went off so many times and there was only one state trooper that we passed and it didnt even go off when I drove by him..lol

I do love my Pro 78 though. This was my thread on my Saturn forum about it. I got it to pick up one of those machines that tells you your speed about a mile away on side streets. I was able to pick it up from Merriman (scroll down for 2nd google map image) and the machine was set up on the west side of Marquette right past Farmington rd.

Not all the time, but more than any other band. It mainly happened when I was by walgreens or CVS pharmacys. I have an LG Fusic so im sure that it cant be setting it off.
