Roy,
I would test this myself, but I forgot to before I sold you my gun. Can you test the Whistlers to see if they detect stealth mode? I think they will.

Roy, you tested the stealth mode againt the revised blinder. Did you happen to test if the Whistler Pro 58/73 detects stealth mode?
Chris
I still haven't received an answer on this thread. Does the whistler detect stealth mode?
Leon, you have a speed laser with stealth. Do the pro's detect stealth?
JTW
that would be nice if it does, i am looking into getting a 58 for a backup
If someone is willing to send me their whistler pro series I'll test it against my laser atlanta to see if it detects stealth mode....since nobody will answer this damn question
since boomerman is the mode we might get him to send in his 58 in. Maybe offer him 158 dollars in collateral as a trust fund for when he sends the product to you. so when you send the rd back he returns the money backl to you.
The Whistler Pro73 didn't alert to Stealth Mode in VEIl Guy's laser detection test:Originally Posted by JTW

jim is right. as of right now it will not detect laser atlanta in stealth mode because of the number of pulses that it sends out to fool the diode array laser sensors of some radar detectors because some of them require minimum of 3 pulses before giving an alert, this is done to minimize laser falsing. LA takes advantage of that by only sending out 2, pause to fool the sensors, and then fire again, am I right Jim?Originally Posted by jimbonzzz
Yes, from what I understand.
Actually, I think I might have originally heard that from JTW.
