Mike B tested it and said it tested fine when he checked it. He swapped out some parts to allow him to continue some testing.

I think that he (the site owners) should have asked, but sadly... I don't think he would have much recourse if he wanted.

Granted a professional site would take it down if he asked... but if they were truly professional they would have asked in the first place.

The poster is acknowledging that they are not his videos, and they are posted on a website that is specifically for freely distributing such videos.

He is not claiming any rights to the video... and actually gives a link to DJ's page, thus simply providing a link to a public video, uploaded to a public 'video forum' in a sense...

We will see what DJ does... but its hard to really get mad at someone linking to your youtube videos... if you make no attempt to keep them private.

Maybe he could get a small sum for his troubles though, as they are using them as advertisements.

Besides that, my favorite vacation of all-time was to Australia, diving the Great Barrier Reef. My brother and I spent 4 days aboard a Mike Ball live-aboard, with 14 of the most exciting, beautiful dives I could imagine. Memories that will last a lifetime. That gives just about anyone from Australia a "pass" in my book.

EDIT: Not to mention... for one month those kind people (Australians) took the worst human being in the world (A girl from HS whom I loathe) and housed her... very courageous people. I hate that girl... she was likely the top predator there for that month.
