I'll repost on that thread when I'm closer to trial, or after trial. One standard question the cop asked was 'Have you had any other tickets?' He was trying to upgrade the criminal charge to reckless driving, without any concern for speed in mph (which he guestimated anyway), merely based on whether there was a previous ticket. I had a cop do that with an 'illegal lane change' ticket for not using a turn signal on the interstate at 10 mph below the 55 speed limit. I won that case with a lawyer (same one that busted a cop for lying about turning on radar). Cop's own video showed him driving like a maniac, as all cop videos do.

This is one of those questions to NEVER answer, just like 'Do you know how fast you were going?' That's called a 'confession'. Fifth Amendment...it's The Law!

Do any Whistler scanners show the actual freq in a digital display?

Where do you buy a sprectrum analyzer or scanner at those GHz freqs?
