Whistler pro 78 SE activate filter or filtro2

Hello a question? I am from Spain and here the question is that the radars issue with little sign, I have the Whistler Pro 78 SE and have it in Ka Maxid and Filter, and my question is if I activate filtro2, tendre mas distances of detection or on the contrary me dara fewer distances. A greeting

Filter 2 = less warning distance.
Filter = more warning distance.

You will want to drive with the lowest filter setting that does not cause a high false alert from other radar detectors in your area.

As Spain was illegal fo rdetectors until 2011, my guess is that there is not a high percentage of units in Spain so you may be ok to run Filter. If you start to get falses due to other radar detectors in the future, you can try Filter 1.

BTW, I would shut off POP to improve the performance on Ka to the Multanova Ka radar

Thank you for answering. I it have X-Off, K-Off, Ka - Maxid, Pop-Off, Lsr - Lsid, Highway and Filter. The distances that it gives me in fixed radars are very just, because of it queria to know if podia to do something to gain mas distances in detection of radar. In way filter it does not give me false alarms. A greeting.
