laser guns in houston

I live in houston the northside of houston in the spring area and make a daily commute to downtown houston everyday. I bought the m-20 laser jammer about a month ago and still havent seen any cops with lasers. Where are they damnit, or is houston just too cheap to get laser guns lol. I wanna test out my laser jammer. I get ka bands all the time and my bel 995 has saved me plenty of times on those.

I know Sam Houston State University in Huntsville has a couple Pro Laser 3 around. I went for freshmen orientation, and when walking to the library, i heard the distinct sound of a laser gun, turned to the right and to my surprise it was a PL3. I tooo have never been able to test my m20 in real worl situation.Will be soon!
