Ordered a LPP last Tuesday (3/6). Haven't received any reply via email. Sent them a follow up email last Friday and haven't received any word from that either. Is this typical for the LPP folks? :?

Not typical at all - but I've only had experience with the North American side of things, not UK/elsewhere, and they reply pretty much on a "by the hour" :) basis unless it's late in the day/night or on weekend/holiday.
Did you order through their North American distributor or direct via UK?
I recommend that you log-on to the North American LPP support/tech Forum to voice your issue.
