Hey, you should check out this book. www.cleandrivingrecord.com called Beat the Cops by Alex Carroll. Here's an excerpt about photo radar, etc.
"If you ever receive a photo radar ticket, my first suggestion would be ignore it....Chances of you ever hearing another word about it are next to nothing. Here's why.
When you receive a normal ticket from a cop, you sign the bottom of the citation promising to appear. When you get a photo radar ticket you never sign anything. Legally you don't have to respond, appear, pay, or anything else....If you are ever confronted about the ticket, simply respond you never got it."
He also explains some critical things that photo tickets can be fought with, "1. Legible license plate number, 2. Make and model of the car identifiable, 3. Distinguishable driver. You can also request a copy of the photo from the court." The third one is the most arguable and way to beat the ticket.
So I would suggest taking his advice. Unless you find information that goes against it. You might even want to pick up a copy of his book. It explains the court process, and all kinds of information on how to beat tickets and why you should fight them.

Yup, I would say so. If you dad would have left it alone, or even took it to court, he could have fought it. Saying it wasn't him and that he let's a bunch of people use his car.
All well, teach your dad, lol and maybe next time.

Cant they just impound your car if you don't pay it? I mean then you might fight it but is it worth the risk the build up of the ticket plus a tow Its not worth it I don't have speed cams But I pay the red light cams 50-75 bucks not worth risking it.
