I am curious how the Photo Jammer works? I'll admit I know nothing about how the cameras work and there flash.

But just an example, its noon and the sun is up. Does the camera give off a flash when there is no need to?

I have noticed every city has a diff type of photo radar / camera some I've scene who have no big lights hanging underneath that would give a flash.

Please a little help :)

Most "photo plates" work by obscuring the plate number when a camera flash hits it, by reflecting the flash back to the camera.

Some also obscure the numbers when read at a sharp angle, but the legality of these is dubious.

AFAIK, no photo jammer works on cameras that don't use a flash during the day.
