Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer rightfully put red-light runners on notice last week:
"Obey the traffic light, or we will lighten your wallets."
Mr. Dyer and city officials rolled out a plan to put up red-light cameras at 10 of the worst intersections. He wants them up by the end of the year.
