just got back from whitecourt alberta i couldn't believe the amount of crapers in use up there. almost every other truck i seen had one.so
are they legal in alberta.

There too? For some reason I thought they were illegal there too. So I guess you don't have to worry about it until you hit Manitoba. :)

He just doesn't plan to travel here.
In the interests of full disclosure, however, I must admit my girlfriend's an American, so I'm not only biased...I'm downright consorting with the enemy.
