Most likely this Post is for Jim do u know where i can get a updated list of freq. that my cops are on is there a FCC website somewhere???

Go here and find your state:

Then look around the websites it takes you to...

But you are always better finding a good local page run by a scanner buff...

I mean a page that is run by a guy in your area/state who uses scanners as a hobby.
Usually sites like that will have more info than the general frequency lists like the FCC. Sometimes, those will only say "State Of Texas" or something, so it could be anything, but usually a website dedicated to a particular area/state will is better because some of these guys sit around and scan whole bands, and identify who is using the frequency, and then they post it on the web.
