Guys, Is this a good unit? How does it stack up against the BCT-8

My main question is does this unit pickup APCO25?

Thanks

The BCT-10 is a much older unit, probably about 10 years old. It doesn't even have 800 MHz coverage. But it will still work in some states that still have conventional radio systems with mobile repeaters.

None of the BCT Beartrackers actually receive APCO25 digital, however the BCT-8 has a special "Priority Scanning Mode" for the highway patrol alert in some of the states with statewide APCO25 Systems, exactly what it is looking for I dont know. But it only detects the presence of a carrier, you can't listen to it.
