What's up guys?? I have been trolling these forums for almost 2 weeks now and I have learned so much from just the small time I have spent... Just wanted to say thanks for all the useful info and the great results posted by all the guys doing the test and reviews on all the new products.!! I can't wait for the Anti-laser jammer to come out, as do a lot of you guys.. :D

Heya all,

I'm new too, and yes, I've learned quite a bit from you guys too. In case you are wondering where I got my name from, I play a video game called Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction, and this was my character's name for 2nd ladder season in v1.10. The original name Tifa, is from Final Fantasy 7 however, one of the best video games for Playstation. I figured I'd join here though since I now own an Escort X50, and could use it's help saving me from speedtraps used around here in Southern CA. It's just amazing though how detectors work, and I'm just a college student teacher at CSU San Marcos.

Yeah, I'm really glad I read some of the test results on here before I made my decision on a detector!! I'm now just waiting on the release of the Anti-laser jammer..I really need it around here these days

i notice you're around San Marcos.
Watch out for the motor cops there. they use laser, and if all you have is an X50, you'll get nailed.
They like running Rancho Santa Fe between the 78 and San Marcos blvd.

Also they run heavy sometimes along Palomar airport road, past El camino real, towards Rancho Santa Fe, especially past Business park near the taco bell. they sit off to the side at the bottom and nail groups at a time.

52 miles North of Atlanta...Gainesville to be exact
