This guy's officially nuts. :p In a good way.
Noticing that I hadn't contacted him about the 6.22T (Version 6, TrueSpeed enabled) control-box, and remembering that I had wanted one, he took it upon himself to e-mail me. :eek: :)
Yeah, talk about customer-service! :D
I can still count, on my two hands, how many times a rep remembered me, instead of the other way around.
And this says nothing about the courtesy that he's extended, either, many times over.
Amazing C/S. Simply amazing.

Cliff is the best that's for sure. Makes it easy to recommend him to others when you know they will be well taken care of.

Believe me, I'm not the type to sing praises of products/services I buy online, but I just wanted to say that Cliff is an absolute standup guy. He called to inform me of some weaknesses with my setup and has been helping me troubleshoot. Where else are you going to get that level of CS? I wholeheartedly recommend purchasing from Cliff. You will NOT be disappointed.

E-mailed Cliff today to work out a few details and ask some questions about getting my older 6.xx CPU's updated and ready for TruSpeed.
Instant response! Cliff is on the job! (Sometimes I get the feeling this guy lives with his computer and e-mail on and active 24/7) Does this man ever sleep? Fantastic service!
After owning LI for nearly a couple of years I'm convinced it's the ultimate defense against LIDAR. It has saved me lots of hard earned cash $$$. (I drive about 30K per year and I encounter plenty of LIDAR. Ask me how many LIDAR tickets I've gotten while driving with LI. :) As far as I'm concerned, when it comes to protection from LIDAR, nothing compares or even comes close! :cool: Perhaps the only thing better than owning LI is experiencing the outstanding customer service provided by its US rep, Cliff. http://www.radardetector.net/forums/images/icons/icon14.gif

Oh-hum. Posting about Cliff's awesome CS is a total waste of time. Totally old news.
Since everyone seems to be bored, let's hear some complaints and horror stories about his CS :D

I phoned LI-USA a while ago at 11 something PM to leave a voicemail. Cliff actually answered the phone!! I was freaked out!! :eek: What is he thinking of? Is it a 24x7 Walmart or something? Doesn't he sleep?!

Ya, I called him on Saturday and he answered the phone.......:eek:
When you call most places on Saturday, you get something like this:
"Hi, thanks for calling _____________________, we are currently closed, please call back during normal business hours".
but not with Cliff.............he's just ON IT!!!!
