I have joined the forum, I received a speeding ticket 63 mps in 45 mps
detected w/radar. I went to appael ticket in court w/ magistrate and state trooper present. What a miss carage of justice, not knowing how to cross examine state trooper is my fault, I want to educate self for traffic court future.

The first thing I would do is request a chance in court date. The date the officer writes on the ticket is the day he/she plans on being in court.

By changing the date, you are playing the odds that they will be a no show on the new date.
