In short, if the V1 picks up a Ka signal and starts alerting to it, and then after the fact determines that it is a false caused by a Junky detector (aka a Cobra) it will "J" out that bogey, and let you know that it did.

There are some rare instances where a real Ka signal can get junked out, usually if there is both a LEO and a Cobra in the same area at the same time.
