View Full Version : Size of the new heads?

The LI site shows this for the sensor size:

Sensor size: 3-1/8"L x 13/16"W x 9/16"H

Is the length (3-1/8") with or without those side mounting tabs? I'd like to get rid of them for a different mounting arrangement (a flat plate).

They're SMALL, that's all I need to say. You can dremmel off the mounting tabs if you want and glue them back on later if needed.

Agree, the 8.8 heads are allot smaller (this is a good thing) than the 8.7. The 8.8 heads were allot easer to mount than the 8.7 heads on my truck.
