Cliff is UH-MAZ-ING. Seriously, if i shoot him an email of any concerns/questions about my LI system, i usually get a response within the hour. Unbelievable customer service that does not go unoticed. Thank you Cliff!

I posted a thread with some questions about my LI duals a week after I purchased them. Somehow Cliff narrowed down who I was on the forum from the purchase info (had my cell number) and personally called me to help answer my questions only an hour after I posted the thread. Badass.
