last week I typed a long letter of the problems I have been having with my new GX65. Not the dtector but the company. I ordered the 3 year update subscription and the 12 volt power adaptor to update from inside the house. I received an escort subscription, which since the merge made sense. Didn't work. Called and the nice fellow said there was a mixup and a new one was on the way. Tried the new number didn't work. The nice lady said I was supposed to have received a new serial number and key code with the subscription number. No. Called again and talked to aaron. Knew exactly how to help and got me straight. After two updates the 12 volt adaptor is kicking off the dtector tonight with a high voltage message. I will call aaron tomorrow.
So far I still love the detector though.
I notice they are not timely with their weekly trinity database updates.
